Cinsault, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Complex nose of pomegranate, cherry, cassis, rhubarb, game, mint/eucalyptus. Dry, full bodied with velvety tannins rounded out with aromas of bushberries, cherries, rhubarb, cassis, game and cured meat. Savoury, long finish.
