Tasting notes from distillery
Nose
A rich sherry aroma with a slight herbal influence. An earthy, leathery background is warmed by peppery oak, adding a delicious contrast to the sweet notes of marzipan, Mediterranean fruits and rich dark chocolate.
Taste
Robust sherry Highland characters loaded with vintage oak spices, molasses and prune cordial, all combined with dark, chilli-spiced chocolate.

A lingering musky warehouse note adds to the classic finish
