Producer`s tasting notes:
Colour: Dark crimson crowned by gold.Nose: Delicate waves of cracked black pepper and distant cardamom pod spice the honey drizzled orchard fruits and toasted barley.
Palate: A classic, fine sherry character. Sultanas, rasisns and sweet plum syrup combine with complementing waves of freshly cut herbs and sweet oak spices.
