This Single Cask Rum was distilled in 2004 using an Pot Still and was matured for 16 years in a bourbon cask.
Aroma: citrus, licorice, a wee hint of smoke and cocoa.
Taste: fine spices, mint, vanilla, nut and a weehint of oakwood.
Finish: long and soft finish.
