The 2023 Reina de los Deseos has a pale color and a high-pitched nose with a note of violets and sour cherries (cherry pit?). It's perfumed, showy and attractive, with wild herbs and citrus freshness. It was picked later than ever, the 14th of September, and fermented with full clusters that were foot trodden and with a very light infusion. The élevage was in a 1,200-liter foudre and one used barrel. The soil has some silt, and it's sandy, which delivers finesse to the wine. 2,280 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2025

Reina de los Deseos is one of the four wines born from the collaboration of the Uvas Felices project and Comando G, a group of enologists and wine growers from the Sierra de Gredos area, who elaborate wines from the Grenache variety. The vineyards are located in Cadalso de los Vidrios, within the D.O. Vinos de Madrid, at an altitude of 900 m above sea level and on granitic soils in which biodynamic principles are applied.
