The 2023 Riesling Loibenberg was made in 2/3 large, neutral barrel and 1/3 stainless steel. On the nose, a lovely but tender note of pure Amalfi lemon is accompanied by a slight creaminess. More air reveals a backdrop of fine yeast. The palate is straight, creamier and riper, with more pithiness and almost an aspect of lemon oil. It is rich but totally straight and linear. (Bone-dry)
