Winespectator (92)

High-toned and floral, with white peach, chamomile and lemon zest flavors that are racy and pure, yet the texture is fleshy and firm. Vibrant and powerful, with a lengthy finish that picks up a ginger note. This tasting was consistent with our review of the wine on release, and the wine was just as impressive the second day. Along with the '95, this is the only vintage of Joly's to have a touch of residual sugar.
