Notions of green apple, fresh bread, peach and orange oil, framed by light reduction, introduce the 2019 Chablis Village, a medium to full-bodied, layered, chiseled wine that's racy and penetrating, concluding with a long finish.

Pale lemon yellow. Some generous fruit on the nose, yet with salinity leading the way. There is a fine core through the middle, apples and a little saline citrus, the fruit builds further at the back of the palate.
