Full bottle 1,343 g. Clear-glass bottle. 85% Grenache, 15% Syrah. Hand-picked. Certified sustainable (HVE).
I’m not sure I would part with nigh-on £70 for this wine, but it’s a serious wine that undeniably shows the most concentration and structure of the Minuty 2025 releases. There is dense, intense, silky weight to the spice-tinged palate. Chalk and nectarine play white-dust minerality with gold-sharp flesh. Apricot acidity. Nacreous texture. Quiet, persistent length. I strongly advise that you do not drink this wine cold, as you would most rosé, or even chilled, as you would a fresh white. This was at its best around 15 °C (59 °F). (TC)
