Adversity

Adversity Cellars is a brand owned by Russell and Heidi Bevan and their goal is to show the unique flavor and texture of wines from vineyards where vines have to struggle. Primarily from mountain sites in which vines have to overcome the adversity of their growing conditions.

Adversity Cellars produced their first vintage in 2019.

The labels are carefully created by designer and artist Christian Hetzel from Germany.

Adversity cellars produces each year around 1200 cases. Customers can by directly and some wines are sold to specially selected retailers (abroad).

Adversity Cellars produces six wines: Cabernet Sauvignon Erba Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon Sage Ridge, Cabernet Sauvignon The Papas, Cabernet Sauvignon Melanson Vineyard, Chardonnay Five Wells and Syrah Erba Vineyard. The wines are rated high in the 90+ points by Jeb Dunnuck.
