The 2015 Kiedrich Gräfenberg Riesling Trocken GG is very concentrated and quite warm in the nose, and it represents another type or style compared to its successors. There is a lot of warmth on the nose, and the palate is rich and concentrated, yet the finish is pure, fresh and salty, stunningly vital yet a bit tannic. The 2015 is not in top shape today, but it will surely come back. The finish is very intense and concentrated and represents another compact, rich and powerful Gräfenberg.
Very rich and complex, with enveloping flavors of baked apple, ripe citrus, nectarine and dried pear supported by a powerful structure. Lush midpalate, with a notes of dried guava, followed by unctuous spiciness on the finish, with accents of white chocolate, chamomile and dried herbs.
