Aubert wine is considered by many as one of the best wine producers in California. This American winery produces Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wine, such as the 2016 Aubert Chardonnay CIX Estate, which received 98-100 points from Robert Parker! Because this American wine is highly sought-after, the wines from Aubert are hard to come by and are only available to customers through a waiting list.
The Aubert estate is made up from nine different vineyards. The majority of the vineyards are covered by Chardonnay vines, and a smaller part by Pinot Noir. The vineyards all have different soil types and are subjected to different environmental circumstances, by which the grapes maturity process varies and each vinyard has another specific wine to offer.
