Unlike the prior bottle where there was evident reduction, there is a lovely nose of mature fruit, earth, animale and soft earth scents. There is good freshness and verve to the delicious and unusually round middle weight plus flavors that possess excellent body and richness though perhaps not quite the amount of minerality that one typically expects on the lingering, complex and well-balanced finish. For my taste this has largely arrived at its peak and while it should hold here for years to come I would not expect much in the way of additional improvement given that most of the structure has already been resolved. Consistent notes save for one bottle that displayed quite a bit of reduction.
