The 'Employees Collection' is a tribute to the former employees of the Caroni distillery, the legendary Caribbean distillery which was founded in 1918 and closed in 2002. This version bears the name Dhanraj 'Dan' Maharaj, who has worked for the distillery for 22 years. Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2021, the rum is a blend of 4 barrels fully matured in Trinidad. The Angel's Share has exceeded 85%. Bottled at cask strength.
