Colour: dark red/brown copper
Nose: After the first wiff, the nose fills with deep exotic spices, espresso coffee, dark chocolate with cherry sauce, and then more dark red fruit jelly.
Taste: wow, this is tasteful, but also beautifully balanced. Don't forget the drops of water. Now the oak opens with spicy (pepper) flavors, which is quenched by the dark red cherries. Chocolate with mascarpone extinguishes the whole.
Finish: Even now, the spices combine with the espresso and light chocolate notes. A delicious long aftertaste continues to pamper the throat.
